Gargle FX
The Gargle effect (also known as amplitude modulation), adjusts the gain of a signal at a specified frequency. Gargle is an effect made famous by Doctor Who's Daleks and commonly used throughout sci-fi. You can use modulation to create tremolo guitar effects or increase the spatial intensity of a recording.
Explanation of parameters:
- Rate
Rate of modulation, in Hertz. The default value is 20. - Waveform
Shape of the modulation waveform. By default the waveform is a triangle.
