Echo FX

Use echo to simulate the effect of reverberation in a large hall or cavern, when one or several delayed signals are added to the original signal. To be perceived as echo, the delay has to be of order 50 milliseconds or above.

Explanation of parameters:

  • Wet/Dry Mix
    Ratio of wet (processed) signal to dry (unprocessed) signal.
  • Feedback
    Percentage of output fed back into input. The default value is 50.
  • Left Delay
    Delay for left channel, in milliseconds. The default value is 500 ms.
  • Right Delay
    Delay for right channel, in milliseconds. The default value is 500 ms.
  • Pan Delay
    Value that specifies whether to swap left and right delays with each successive echo. The default value is No, meaning no swap.
